HyzerTrades is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. It is not a party to the sale. The sale is only between those two people.

HyzerTrades does not hold or process payments between users. Buyers pay sellers directly (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or another handle the seller lists). A cart or order on this site is not a charge from HyzerTrades.

HyzerTrades is not responsible for non-payment, non-delivery, item condition, shipping loss, or disputes between users. You transact at your own risk.

Use a payment method that offers buyer and seller protection when you can, such as PayPal Goods & Services, and keep your own records (messages, receipts, and tracking).

You release HyzerTrades and its operator from claims arising from transactions between users, to the extent the law allows. Where the law does not allow a full release, the release is limited to the maximum the law does allow.

Disputes are between the buyer and the seller. You can report bad actors on the site. HyzerTrades may hide a listing or suspend an account. That does not make HyzerTrades a party to the deal or responsible for the money or the item.
